So my little baby met the doc on Tuesday. He answered all my queries very patiently and very smartly shot down our idea of going to Spain for the babymoon. Can you believe it, after all that planning he says, nah I dont think its a good idea. And you know mummy na, she cant go or take any risk with you. So the plan is chopped! Though dadaji veetoed the doctor's opinion and said, "nothing happens, just go if that makes you happy", which itself made me happy, I'm being conservative and have decided not to go.
So now I'm looking at other options which incluses Mauritius and Dubai or Sri Lanka. I've left Maldives for when we take you out on a holiday. Its the kind of place I think you will like! You are going to be a water baby like mummy na?
I've been having a little trouble sleeping recently probably because of the position, but yesterday Dadima gave me another pillow and I found a better position to sleep without getting on my stomach eventually. Moreover I sprained my neck sleeping in weird positions.
I met my boss today and she is giving me so much more responsibility at work. I almost wanted to tell her about you, but alas, I still think its early! We will soon...
O btw, at a baby shower we attended recently, me and daddy got a pic clicked that read Hot Momma and Daddy Cool. I made that pic into a poster and wrote Coming Soon on it and sent it to all my cousins in Delhi. You Delhi masis went berserk and are very excited about the news of you coming.
I even shared the pic with you US masi Aditi. She too is very very excited about it and couldnt stop asking questions in her usual way!
So much happening, and so fast!
Trimester no 2 has begun and I'm already feeling good.
